Depois das minhas caminhadas habituais perto de casa, encontrei esta em Populus sp.
No geral, desde pequena, tece com seda uma zona de conforto, ''colando'' uma folha da planta hospedeira a outra, protegendo-se assim dos parasitas e alimentar-se.
Alimentou-se de Salix sp e Populus sp
Quando pronta, tece um casulo de seda e dias depois eclode. A borboleta é bastante pequena para o tamanho da lagarta.

During my normal walks , which I usually do near my house, I found this little fella in a Populus sp (Birch). These, since they are born, they use the silk to protect them, using it as a ''kind of glue'' which makes a leaf ''stick'' to another, so this way the predators and parasits don't find them so easily and also helps as a food..
They fed in Salix sp and Populus sp
When ready, they silk a cocoon and days later they hatch. The moth is very small when comparing the larvar stage.
